Our research facilities are overseen by the UNAMS and Ministry of Health and provide services for for-profit development of new medicine discoveries as part of their main mission. Our business was founded to provide the high quality, lower cost services of these facilities to start-up bio-tech companies in the USA and EU, thereby offering an attractive option for advancing development programs quickly and at much lower cost than other commercial Contract Research Organizations. We offer a wide range of pre-clinical toxicology including medicine safety, acute and chronic toxicity, pharmacological screening, bioavailability, bioequivalence, and complete in vitro and in vivo screening for anticancer activity.
Our preclinical Contract Research Organization is able to price pre-clinical services far below other CROs since we maintain a very low overhead in the United States and conduct all research in Kiev where personnel and facility costs are much lower. Our staff in the U.S. consists only of the company principals who work directly with clients; we have no promotion costs other than our website, and no head offices, administrative staff or other overhead to increase costs. We have much lower research conduct prices in Ukraine due to much lower labor rates and are happy to provide our best rates for longer and more intricate pre-clinical trials where labor is the greatest part of the overall price. Since we use the same stable international suppliers for lab animals, reagents and laboratory materials as other Contract Research Organizations, we don’t have any cost advantage on these materials and so less overall cost savings for very short-term pre-clinical trials.
